SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (UK)

All purchases within the UK include free shipping in the listed price.

Depending on the size and value of the item, your artwork may be shipped with multiple layers of protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely. This may include bubble wrap, corner protectors, and sturdy mailing boxes.

All domestic orders are shipped via a trusted courier service and include tracking, so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the UK. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping

For purchases outside the UK, shipping is handled by UPS (or another reliable international courier). An additional shipping fee will apply, which is calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight.

International deliveries can take up to 14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services. If your package has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by their country. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.
Packaging & Handling

All artwork is carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

While we take every precaution to protect your order, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling. We strongly recommend that all buyers inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
Tracking & Communication

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order is shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to user error.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if applicable. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where possible, replace or refund the item.
Delivery Delays

Inspection & Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or commissioned artwork, including pieces made to specific specifications, may not be eligible for full refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Digital artwork, downloads, or printables are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damage During Shipping

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or partial refund.

Deposits & Commissions

Deposits secure your spot in our commission schedule but do not guarantee the final artwork until payment is complete.
Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
